It would be handy to have an upgrade power bar so that you can see when a player is going to move up a star. At the moment I have no idea when a player will upgrade, I just keep training, and applying the training. Also if you had bars you could choose when to power train somebody if they were near to an upgrade. Also you could choose when to sell players that are not worth training, because the upgrade is too far away.
Every 15 points is 1Q up. Evry 75 points is 1 star.
U already can choose a player to sell at anytime.

Do we not have one ???? check out the personal trainer it tells you how many skill points to the next level if you buy tokens , but it also gives a good guide for power training. ( or am I missing something ) ??????

What personal trainer? I don't have one.
EDIT: OK I found the personal trainer, I have never clicked it before. It's not very easy to use though, because you have to click the bar to read how many cones you need for a star.
