Because of a ref called "H. Cheese", he not to popular around these parts. Why not go and ask on the Spanish forum, they might know why there isn't a forum for you. Good luck in your quest for a german forum.

Yes, we don't want to give you a chance to group together and start plotting anything.
It's better when we know what you're saying, no secrets.
But really, there's no German-speaking forum administrator so there's no German section.
