Good goalkeepers

Two GK in similar positions with me, 19yo 32 and 18 yo 34 he now needs one skill point for 35.
Since I bought the 34 was 33 and the 19yo was then 30 the 32 is now getting better form ratings than ever before, three skill points a day with training.
IMO this is the engine trying to get you to play the lesser quality, slowing down the younger of the two.
Well it doesn't wash with me.
The 19 yo will be sold at the end of the season and a cheap 35 quality vet brought in as cover for the 18yo.
