Why this always happen,when I go versus offline player and my team have a better quality (15:12) and still lose, I buy token to buy better player quality but its just a waste :( dunno what must I say but I'm really sad, sorry 4 my bad english Im just new player on level 1,they say "Its just a game" and I say "yes Its just a game with human player"
Can you post some screenshots from those matches? I'd especially like the formations tab and the match stats, maybe we can tell you the reason from there. :)

This is macth from 1/5 saturday,if I change formation its mean I must buy new player and I dont have much money and token,
he countered your tactic. did you make adjustments to counter his during the game?
also narrow diamond in this game is a recipe to lose because of engine limitations
I use defend order because my oponent have a better standing (2nd position) and use conter attack order without offside trap,now I try to use 4-3-3 because my stock player limit,btw thanks to give me information about diamond :)
What happened to all your tokens?
I'd like to see your team's tactics, and the statistics from the match, but for a start, your arrows are very extreme. Generally, I would not put blue arrows on your defenders and goalkeeper, nor red arrows on your striker. My opinion of arrows is that they move players either forwards or backwards to support either the defence or attack, so you don't want your defence further back than they already are, nor your strikers further forward. Also, I would advise you to have a flexible enough squad to change your formation to counter your opponent in every match, you can slowly build your squad into that since you're short of tokens at the moment.

Above are 6 images, my squad for this season and some results that I'm very happy with from this season. At times, I still find my squad a bit thin, but you can see I generally play variations of 3-6-1.
dont use 3 strikers especially with your team. you are just gonna get scored on again and again. also you dont simply go defensive for the reason that his players are better. if you find a weakness in his tactics, you can go on offensive and surprise him in final third
you gotta adjust things on the fly when watching the game
also remember that blue arrows mean doesnt go forward often, while red means runs forward more often, so you have a formation with absolutely zero width. i suggest you visit zonalmarking.net for a good reading, and play football manager 2012 (which is really cheap on steam)
After lose I spend my last token(about 15) to buy merchandise,frustated maybe, can U tell me where must I put arrow? or what postition must have blue or red arrow? maybe some advise
I've already said that no blue for defenders and GK, and no red for strikers. I would put red for the area you are going to attack, through the middle then put red on your AMC, MC, down the flanks, then put red on your most attacking player on that flank, and if the opponent is equal or weaker, on the other player on that flank as well. If you have 3 players on the flank, then your formation will be illegal, you will only have 20% possession.Quote:

Putting arrows on a GK is no use what so ever, do you want him sat on the goal line in a one v one situation? amongst others.

Hi all,yesterday and today my team always lose versus player who never online to wacth their game and never change their team because red card or injury,its a weird game,nothing benefit I can get to be active player,everyday online to check team condition and try to wacth game,invite all my friend who can spend their time to be my suporter...,its really weird to see manager who never see their team and always win... time to stop playing this game

Go to your squad page, take two pictures:
1. The default page; on the left: general info/player stars, on the right: formation
2. On the left: player condition and morale/selection view, on the right: tactics, the second button
Actually, you posted the first one before, and I don't agree with your arrows, and also some of your players have poor morale.
