How to have a better condition?

Currently my players are all in a very low numbers.
I have no idea how did this happened so my questions are:
1. Why players get very low condition?
2. How to gain condition?

May be someone played a friendly on you? Check your fixtures. you have to rotate your squad and rest them, but nothing will help if people sneak friendlies. Green boosters are the quickest fix.

What are the steps to gain condition?
Don't assume i know, i am only 3 days in the game.

1. Time. When resting your players gain 5% every three hours. Resting is the lowest of the three training options.
2. Money -- buy green boosters, click the condition bar and choose how many to use.

I didn't see any friendly game since my last game.
I don't see any reason why the entire team got to numbers as low as 10%.
I am not saying there is a bug, i just try to understand what am i doing wrong?

Make a few friends and exchange gifts. It really helped me.

theres an add me thread on the forum if you want people to friend, probably safer than what I do, I accept any friend request. But if they schedule a friendly without enough advance warning -- unfriended. It's not fair play, but people do it anyway.

Do you have your orders set to hard attacking? this wears them out.

Watch the color of the condition bar, you don't want to train unless it's green.

What level are you? Show us a screenshot of this team with the condition too low. I find this hard to believe, but then again, with the amount of information on gameplay provided by Nordeus, I should not find this hard to believe.
