1. Why players get very low condition?

May be someone played a friendly on you? Check your fixtures. you have to rotate your squad and rest them, but nothing will help if people sneak friendlies. Green boosters are the quickest fix.
you need a lot of money :D
What are the steps to gain condition?
Don't assume i know, i am only 3 days in the game.
1. Time. When resting your players gain 5% every three hours. Resting is the lowest of the three training options.
2. Money -- buy green boosters, click the condition bar and choose how many to use.

I didn't see any friendly game since my last game.
I don't see any reason why the entire team got to numbers as low as 10%.
I am not saying there is a bug, i just try to understand what am i doing wrong?
You train too much I think.

Do you have your orders set to hard attacking? this wears them out.
Watch the color of the condition bar, you don't want to train unless it's green.
What level are you? Show us a screenshot of this team with the condition too low. I find this hard to believe, but then again, with the amount of information on gameplay provided by Nordeus, I should not find this hard to believe.Quote:
