Well what the hell just happened?
Yesterday I bought two new guys and sold one of my players and I've been on a 3 straight loss streak. Add to this 3 injuries that all take 6 days to heal! I'm left with one healthy striker.
Before buying and selling my players, everything was fine and I believe I experienced the same thing last season. So do players get attached to their comrades? Do they weep when some leave? I don't understand what's going on.
What is his match rating and performance?
Match rating of the player I sold?

hehehe...for me something simmilar happened..i had a ST who used to score a goal or 2 every match...then one day i decided to change his name,,,,and when i did that he stoped scoring goals for next 4 matches.....
and even though he started to score again but very less
Hmmm so something is wrong then. This isn't right. Changes shouldn't decrease your performances. This is not the best way to motivate people to buy transfers.
The game isn't complicated enough so that "unhappiness after a transfer" becomes a contributing factor to team performance.
I sell players all the time to profit and it doesn't change anything, so it's probably just coincidence or just being unlucky
some players seem to drag the team down, for me, I try to train them a couple days before starting them. I have sold a couple guys that seem to bring the whole teams morale down.

Well I know that those are bad marks. The question is, why does it happen to new players who are younger and better than the ones they replaced?

i had the same problem and now i dont have...
sometimes i give blue arrow on MC and he get rating 8, the next match without arrow and he get 5...
so try everything what you can and good luck:)

hey I had similar problem, I sell my captain to other team and replace with new young 5 star players, but the results are bad.. this is strange, 5 star players but their performance are below 6 :(
mine seems to have the opposite effect to the OP, every outfield player ive bought has scored on the debut, and team responds well to the new signing.
Well the curse continues for me and the recruit gets another 4 on his latest match. UGH!!
It could be your play style. For example, the central MC usually receives low rating when playing down the flanks.
i have noticed that on a average a player that i buy plays poor/average in the beginning and then peaks after few games; i did not notice an effect on the team performance.
