So, i just use my 6star player even my 5star player perform well ? or i use 5star player, and put my 6star player keep training. which 1 is better ?

Use them both but plan to sell the elder. Assign skill points to the last column if you want your older (really all) players performing.

my older player (5 star) already perform well compare to my younger striker (6 star).. I not put any single skill point to 3rd column for both player. but the result is my 5 star player perform well.
