I think 9 *must* be the best you can get, I have had a couple 4's...but they were on trainees (18/19 y.o.) playing OOP. Only keepers and trainees are allowed such low rating, a regular player in his position gets three 6's in the last 5 games and I think about selling.

I have a player who struggled to get above 7 every time he played I PT'd him for a free kick PA he has now scored 4 in 3 & not one from a free Kick, so could sometimes be worth the 40-50 training cones?
