Are there differences between 3*/4*/5*/6* players train speed?

Hi, i got more questions:
Lets have players on the same level of ability to train and same age, but a different number of stars:
1. Are players with 3* faster in training than 4*?
2. If yes -
A) Are players with 3* and 75 UNASSIGNED skill points still faster?
B) How many times are they faster? Or does exist any tab?
3. If not -
A) Are players with 5* and 75 UNASSIGNED skill points faster than 6*?
B) How many times are 3*+4*+5* players faster in training than 6*?
4. How is it possible, that I play cup lev. 6 when I am lev. 4?
-If it is because of avarege team quality, how does it works? Are managers with the nearest avarege team quality at the begining of the season put to one "group"?
- Or there are more things together like money?
5. Which is the highest level of manager? Does exist any table to watch?
