Extremely-close competition

Hi guys! I am new to the forum and would like to share the current status quo of the league I am in.
As for you guys can see, only 5 points separate the 2nd position from the 8th position (where I am sitting) and only 3 points separate my team from the 4th. Thus, would it be possible for me to finish in the top4 (Champions League position)? Also, given the intensity of this league, each and every remaining match would matter a lot for the standings. I am facing a team sitting 5th 2 days later, and his formation is 3-4-3 flat. Any suggestions for me to counter this formation? I am currently using 4-4-2 flat, red arrows on ML and MR.
