Level 3 transfer Levels??

I have just been promoted from level 2 where the transfer auctions only go upto level 29. My teams averages on Level 32 as i have bought scouts and trained them well. I just want to know what the transfer level is on level 3 and is there any point in me buying anymore player or should i keep the team i have?

Keep your team, don't buy any more your team will ease through the next season as it is. Upgrade your youth academy, you will get 1 good one next season you can then train him or sell him. Also your scouts will be better next season. One last thing don't forget you will loose a star of every player at the end of the season.

Oh i see thanks alot u answered every question i had I am getting my first batch of youth players in 17 days but i wasnt to convinced they'll be good enough?? How young will these lads be?

18 one will be a 1 star & the other will be a 4 star, they train really easy. It will cost you tokens to sign the contract so have some ready up to 25 I think.
