You and they are playing in different servers, and in that case you can't see their games and they can't see your games too. You can only play a friendlies with them. And in this moment don't exist nothing you can do to change that

it means they are on different server than you, hopefully Nordeus are working on this as i few that are not my fixture list but are and should be on yours at bottom of screen friends list which means you can still send them gift`s
