Domain mergers?

Is Nordeus planning any domain mergers for low participating domains? I am in a league (at lvl 13) against (about half) lvl 14 opponents and all of them are waaay above me in quality. (I don't mind when everyone is at the same level!) There are no 5* players available and haven't been all this season. This makes me think we are at the top league of this domain as surely some teams levels above us would be releasing players and there would be no need for lvl 14 teams in lvl 13 leagues.

I really do not want to play these teams again next season in any competition and I will not spend money on tokens and will obviously receive no prize money this year so these teams will just get even better.

Nope, because there are a lot of servers and new ones keep getting launched all of the time.
