Another tough match away this time to one of the scout sides who will be in contention and we were battered in possession and shots at goal, so it was no surprises when we got done on the hour by the double corner routine as we badly need to get some new blood at the back, so I chucked on an additional attacker and went for it and luckily Summers got us out of jail from a Sanchez corner when he headed home, phew!

Neither are that good against 4-4-2 to be honest. Against weaker teams it is, but not against strong teams.

Unfortunately no, there isn't a solid counter for it.

try 3-1-4-2 ... it worked well for me ...

I have tried them before and they stopped working and what I chose won me my c/l semi!

The result are not so bad, next time you could try 3-5-2 or 4-3-3 (4-3-1-2)

Ps. the 4-1-4-1 might work.
