QUICK UPDATE

Balkan Boyz

League: After 13 rounds, the team remains still unbeaten and we top the league table with 39p and a goal difference by 52-3. We are perhaps one of the best, if not the best lvl 7 team on this server. Yesterdays friendlies against the lvl 9 teams: Orchard Utd and Arsenal FC in which we celebrated with 3-1 resp 2-1 shows that Balkan Boyz have the capacity and knowledge to beat and overcome bigger and better teams on lvl 9, despite the Q handicap. Also, I have adopted a new formation which I call "PAOK" (Spider).


Balkan United

League: After 12 rounds, the team remains still unbeaten and we top the league table with 36p.
CUP: We managed to overcome perhaps one of the better teams in the last sixteen, "FC 1". The 1th leg ended in a 1-1 draw, but the 2nd leg ended in a 3-0 and we are therefore playing in the quarterfinals against "Ludwig FC". I don't expect getting into any difficulties since the remaining teams are quite weak and inactive. Hopefully we will reach all the way and take our 2nd CUP trophy. A "treble" would be nice.
CL: We won group C after beating the Spanish "Franmedi .CF" in the last round and ended at 16points. We face "Gothik FC" in the final eight. A CL final spot and CL trophy is desirable.
SQUAD There has been some changes in the squad due injuries and suspensions. I sold the 18yr old MC (Evans) + the 19yr old ML/AML (Bahroui) and bought the 18yr old MC (Perez) and the ML/AML (Dinanich) instead. Made a good deal and are now +7M.


Balkan City

League: The team is currently 2nd, 7points behind Balkan United. FK Vojvodina and Montepellier HSC are 3rd resp 4th and are our biggest "threat". My intention is too keep City as 2nd and United as 1th and therefore win the 1th and 2nd place trophy. Both United and City are 5-6* teams, so it shouldnt be any problem defending and keep the opposition away.
CUP: The team is playing in the last sixteen after beating "Queralt FC" with 0-1 and 2-0 in the 1th resp 2nd leg. The team will be playing against "Eduardo FC" in the quarterfinals. The goal is to take a final spot and hopefully win our first CUP trophy.
CL: We ended as group B winners with 18points and a 6-0-0 record. We face "FC Dunabe" in the final-eight. The goal is to reach the finals and play against Balkan United.
