Every time you go up a level, the rating decreases by one star.
The star rating is the quality of te player FOR THAT LEVEL. So a 5* player at level 2 is only a 3* player at level 4.
When you are promoted to the next level, your players lose 1 star but your player quality remains the same. It's logical and it happens to everyone.
Okay, and how do I improve the quality?
