They are still testing, only half the user base has it, no one has announced when all will have it.
Expressed above is my own opinion. Your results may vary.

Does it says somewhere when it will be available?
Some users on my league have it, and they player are getting too good for my team. The difference between having or not the button is really huge.

This link has the official response from MDKII: http://forum.topeleven.com/news-anno...tml#post141030

It's only half the user base.

We haven't been told when it's rolled out for all.

There isn't such a huge advantage as you seem to think, at least not from this feature, it only speeds up condition, which you can already do individually for each player. It chief use would be for when you have back to back matches and don't want to click each guy. I have it on my team and only used it once.

Yeah, but to rest my team player by player costs me 11 green boosts. With this feature, it cost me only 6 boosts, and also rest my substitutes so i can retrain them while my titular team haves its match.

PD: sory by my english, not mi native language.

The "rest all" button gives only 5% to each player while boosters, as you know, give 15%.

It gives no advantage other than to spread out your boosters in 5% increments. I cant really see any benefits for myself, and had it on one account and never used it. I manage my players pretty good without needing something like that.

Someone should really sell it to me if they want me to use it, otherwise its a waste.

Same for me. It's pretty useless, and even worse than the usual Rest pack, if you don't necessarily "need" your subs to recover faster (which is most often the case).
