anyone any idea, why the staff is not answering tickets?

my ticket has been there for hours now already, and i got my last league match tonight, they need to fix my team, and remove the weird appearing red and yellow cards.

So that im able to play the last match as its supposed too, not being weakend by some weird appearing red and yellow cards.

I didn't got any answer too, it take sometimes, even 1,2 days, it can happen.

Same problem, they didn’t open my tickets too (8 hours ago), I ha a 3 injured players, for some players the are solved the problem.

This game have 8M players, there are a lot of tickets everyday, they can't answer to everyone.
