Why i cant send a official kit?

I stored Tokens for formal shirt and now I can not send it!
What to do???

I sent them a letter, they will allow me to send the shirt?

I am pretty sure you have to have either: that many tokens as it is worth, or it could be a jersey you keep of that worth, that you are not sending. Do you have more than one offical kit?

Did you contact support? Is that what you mean by letter?
I hope they send back the answer. good luck

You need to have purchased tokens equivalent to the cost of the shirt.
