World class, but poor performer

Hi All,

I power trained a fast training 18yo, even gave him a skill and additional position. He's now world class, but consistently poorly performs

As you can see from the image above, whenever he is played, he'll get a 5 or a 6 if he's lucky.

My question is, next season will he stay the same, or is there a chance that his performances will improve? Any tips for getting him to perform better? For example, I heard someone mention they'd changed their players name before, and suddenly his performances improved, like he was a different player.

That's a pretty impressive player stats and price wise. You will find it very hard to get a player like that so wait and see how he does next season. Try changing his name and play a friendly, see what happens :)

Chuck Norris... He's form should be 9-9-9-9-9 like a boss and be untouchable, I had Bjorn "Lazy" Benoit put in low performances when I signed him from scout, kept him out for a few games and put him back in and he gets 7-8's normally now.

they said that this form can change somehow. i myself am pretty impatient and just kick them to auction list when this happens. but of course our case is different. i won't kick a world class player.

maybe you want to change his name too. it's not wrong to try it yourself right? besides it only costs 1 token. and please let us know the result afterwards :)

One must remember - "Form is Temporary but Class is Permanent"

I'll see how he goes in the first few games this season, if poor I'll change his name and try again, if not I'll take the suggestion of resting him for 3-4 matches and see how it goes.

I had some 6 stars players who was on my substitution list last season, is bad that players like that perform so bad, you need to check them after you got them to see how they will peform.
