my english not good my bad but i try. its not personal trainer cuz if personal trainer he dont improve 2 by 2 quality.. ex player 154 qualty another day 156 another 158, 160 .. if personal trainer he ll go 164 ++ quaility..
and this evolution not with rest packs. cuz everybody knows when a player being scout doesnt grow as before..ex a practice match give about 50-70 skill progress. and player will injury.
spend usd100 per day to power trained a player to get that quality. he is insane. Lol

Your pictures show no proof that he is cheating.
It just shows that he is improving his players, most likely using the personal trainer.
well cheat or not we wouldn't know. all I can say is maybe he buy some scout players and to turn them from scout quality to legendary quality might need estimated 1900 tokens plus additional 50 skill points to have special abilities. and if his first eleven players so great in quality, it only proves that his team worth as much as usd2000 (20620 tokens) easily.
