Last league match ended with a win, but it was a meaningless match as my rival had played early this morning and had won, which put him 5 points ahead before I kicked off.

LGE: Fc Halinen (home). Won 4-2 (Ayala 2, Bayes, Mueller). MOM: Adolfo Ayala.
As my league had already been decided, we treated this match as a glorified training session against the 10th placed team. Some of the lesser players got a chance to earn their place in next season's roster.

Players are now preparing for the end of season, dinner dance and awards ceremony.

Oh well... took an unfortunate loss to the team trying to hold off for a title... the 1-0 final means that he was
caught by the 2nd place squad and so fails to finish.... of course the league winner was the only spender in the league...
imagine!

Really thought I would win... but I did have to play 2 players out-of-position due to injury...

Having joined the league midway thru the season... at least qualifying for CL is an accomlishment...

my first season ended...joined the club 2 weeks ago when the team was in 8th place. Managed to take them all the way up to third, and then the final five games came. Finished the season 0-2-3 and in 6th place. My last game was a loss. If I had won it (gave up 2 early goals in the game, but dominated possession), I would have finished in 4th. Oh well, on to level 2 and hopefully a successful cup run.

Chano Petersen (AMC/AMR) - Yet again, an outstanding performance from the Dane. He has been wonderful all season and wins this award by a landslide. He's such an amazing player, scores playing out of position and scores in nearly every match. A player who isn't even a striker and gets more than double my main striker's goal tally is worthy of legend status. Chano Petersen has also said he will renew his contract at the start of next season.
