How do I know when next CL round?

I need to plan and prepare my team.

2 days from now your next match will be. Your opponent is already known though. Group winners play against group number 2's and groups A are matched with B, C with D, E with F and G with H.

So if you won group C, you next meet number 2 from group D, for example.
