any affected if i change my scout player name on their performance ?

i have buy a scout player this recent.. from the begginin of season the player performance is 9 o neither 8 ... but after i get his name changed ..the nightmare have begun... performance drop until 7 o 6 and cannot get any goal scoring on the match either assists ... any ideal of it ?

Its is just a name there is no relation with his performance ... some times players form will go down ... to get him back play few friendlies and he will get his form back ...
