Server down?

The server is down or is down only for me?

It's the entire day that I try to enter, but I get only this:
After a long loading, the page said me:
"Oops, it seems like there is a problem with connection to server.
Server might be down for maintenance, please try again later.
If the problem persists you can find more information at our forum."
