I had this match where both team got 2 players injured, while he was not online, his players got swapped within 1-2 min while mine takes forever or not happening at all.

Same happen today, as picture below shows. it shows that auto-subs did only take one minute

that happens when you get a free kick out of an injurying foul. So right after the free kick, being it wide or goal, the sistem replaces the injured as the game was stopped. When the game isn't stopped by refree with a free kick the sistem calculates 5 minutes as for the action on the pitch to finish before the sub. Actually one of the few feats very realistic of the game.
