To try to answer you, I don't think it's possible since this is a Facebook app. You can play with your smart phone, though. Not sure if it's possible to create a non FB account there.

j'ai fais une offre pour un joueur et quand le délai été écoulé je voyais que je n'étais pas qualifié pour le tour suivant alors que j'était le seul a faire une offre. j'ai perdu mes Tokens et le joueur a disparu de la liste de transfert. j'ai une capture d'écran si vous voulez

It's definitely possible on your mobile phone. I played for ages on my Android without connecting it to my Facebook account. Not sure if it is possible on a PC, I would assume it is.
