can anyone tell me how i can upgrade my players to the next star

Whend your player play a game they earned experience, that is transformed in skill points, you need 15 to level up 1Q, 75 to gaine a star, depending your current quality level. Traine every day between games.
A fast trainer can gaine 3/4 skill points per day, just playing and doing normal training.
