Crap, been paired to a lvl 4 manager in the League Cup, while I'm lvl 3 myself. His best 11 are somewhat better than mine, but not *that* much better. So perhaps my players can rise above themselves, but it looks like I'm heading for a very early exit...

Huh.. you seem have a better life than me.. When I was level 2 I put in a level 3 league then end up 2nd place with only 1 point for the triple. Now gotta fight with a level 5 guy in the first match for cup of the season. After 3 more days maybe they gonna put me into a level 5 league when I am just a level 3 noob. How hard can it be

It may not be that bad after all. I beat them 4-0 an hour ago, so maybe one level of difference may not mean that much, on the lower levels.
