Need a gk and probably need to freshen up the squad with new players. People keep mentioning our squad is old but they have the experience to win the league and won the double last year so they are not on their last leg yet. We’ll have to see what is available on the markets and will only bring in players that can definitely improve our squad. At the moment with the crasy prices going around, we probably wont look to buy even tho we do new legs. Maybe in a few months time.

Both defenses seemed to be on top but just before half time Turpin headed home from a Suljevic corner and we headed into half time 1 up, both sides created an even amount of chances but we defended well and kept them out.

btw: when did they change the illegal formation = 20% possession rule?
I seem to remember someone found that an OOP player as GK only loses the percentage for that player, not an illegal formation fully.

JT's Lucky 11 2nd leg Cup match has just finished and was a close affair.
In the 23rd minute, striker Tompkins was back in defence!! What he was doing there was anyone's guess and he trips Ferrara FC attacker on the edge of the box. After a long delay which didn't add any time on Tompkins was yellow carded and a dubious penalty awarded.
Caloiero had his penalty superbly saved by Stavrou to keep the score at 0-0.
9 minutes later, Ferrara FC win 2 corners in quick succession and Caloiero redeems his penalty miss with a great header, 1-0.
Caloiero, ever involved, gives away a free kick on the flank and is yellow carded. Fernandes crosses into a crowded box but Tompkins leaps tallest to head home the equaliser, 1-1.
At the half time break, JT's Lucky 11 manager decides the yellow card for Tompkins deserves him being withdrawn from the game and replaces by Andreas (it didn't occur to me 2 seasons ago that someone renamed him Messi Lionel Andreas in that order).
Quiet until the 72nd minute, JT's Lucky 11 got a corner that was headed home by Wessely. That's 3 goals each for Tompkins and Wessely in 2 games, 1-2.
6 minutes later and another corner for JT's Lucky 11, this time a header from Nwadikwa for his 1st of the season, 1-3. 12 minutes to go and it's safe at 7-2 on aggregate.
3 minutes before the end, a consolation goal from another corner for Ferrara FC headed home by Brezzi, 2-3.
That's how the score stayed until the end.

JT's Lucky 11 Acadamy side, Meh FC (remember, played in phone with no Facebook account) has also finished the preliminary stage of the Cup.
At level 6, Meh FC were favourites going into the tie against level 5 Die Blinden of Germany, thankfully there was no need for penalties and Meh FC triumphed 2-0 at home and 1-0 away to go through to the next round.
"There is no detailed report for minor sides in the competition" JT stated feeling lazy.
