My team is the first one. How do I beat his formation? As you can see I can't make many formation changes but which settings would be most effective?

My thoughts:

Offensive
Down both flanks
Preassure whole field
Normal tackles
Mixed passing
Zonalmarking

What do you guys think? Tips and help is greatly appreciated

You have a weak team compare to your opponent's strong and balanced squad.
Try a defensive formation & setting, and hit him with a counter attack.
(worked for Chelsea and Celtic against Barcelona, and has worked for me in T11).
In which case u need to heal that striker. Play the following in their positions:
3DC, DML, MR, 2MCs (with space in between them, place matuidi towards the left wing),
AMC, 2 ST.
TACTICS:
Defensive
Focus passing on left wing
Normal tackle
zonal marking
Counter attack
Pressing style- Own half
Passing style- Mixed

Then do everything possible to watch your match.
