I am level 5 and this guy from level 4 is making offers for my striker.
I could not do this last season but somehow he can do it. This should not be happening, RIGHT?

Then why I am not allowed to bid for any player belongs to a higher level manager as long as he is not a scout?

You can do that in negotiation tab, next of auctions tab... they will show you 5* next to 6* with couple skill points.. also if you had a friend in same server, highest from your level, you can negotiation his players for sure...Quote:
