How to COUNTER 4-1-3(Wide)-2 ???

Hello guys. Can someone please tell me how to counter this formation??
This formation has always given me a lot of trouble.
DR-DC-DC-DC
DMC
MR- MC ML
ST ST

I am playing away and lost my first match 1-0 at home.

Do I attack or play on the counter??
2)Do I use any arrows?? and can you please tell me more details??

b)short, long or mixed

Do you have a screenshot of his players ratings and your teams players rating?

Here is my guide on orders even tho it is mainly for 4132 the general principles still applies.

Basically, you want 3N to cover his 2 strikers, DL/DML/ML to cover his ML and the right side. At least 2 MC to cover his one MC and two strikers up against his 2 DC. So any combo of that would be good. 352, 343, 3N2W3N2 etc Dont play AMC as he has a DMC there.

Play your best players to fit formation rather than other way around.
