Did the transfer market glitch out on me?

so i was just bidding on a player and when the counter touched 0 basicly this happened

its standing like that for like 10 minutes now, and i refreshed the game already a couple times
i did the 2nd round countdown in my head and bid with 5 seconds to spare cause i want this player.
but i dont know if i won the player, my tokens are spent, and i dont know what to do now
