I am using PC via facebook to enter top11.
I am in level 5, when I was using the "negotiations" to look for good players.
I have found that all players did not have a "deadline", thus I clicked the player I am willing to buy, there isn't any button which could allow me to make an offer, so in this case what should I do in order to make an offer in "negotiations mode"?

If there is no bid button, it is likely that player is on another server and cannot be bid on.
Negotiations is the hardest way to buy players, the guys on the list were put there by the game, and are often one of their teams better players, that they do no want to sell.
Same problem occured last season for me. Before I never had the problem with players shown in the negotiation tab.
but I dont really care, negotiations are crap anyways, way too expensive.
