There is No Excellent Players on The Transfer List

Hi guys..
I'm at level 10.

Why when I search the players, I do not find a player with a very good skill (Excellent/68/69) in the transfer window..
Any solution? Besides looking at scouting or in negotiation?

Keep looking, they do occasionally get generated. What it probably means is there aren't many players above you to sell them. You might consider mr scout, or how are you on building your academy?

i find between 6am to 8am ( GMT ) is the best time for so keep looking as above and and see if it`s consistent like mine, only prob with certain times for decent player`s every other bugger finds out so there`s bidding wars so pick the player`s you defo need

very difficult to find in office hours, because all the players like playing at night..

Yeah you have to pick your best time on your server and keep looking, as the season gets older there is less competing buyers

This game is played world wide, your office hours is someone elses night time and vice versa. Its just your luck. My transfer list was bad until i tanked 2 seasons, now its brilliant, i wouldnt consider buying players that are not under 21 or 1/2 Q away from scout level

I had this problem around your level and this season (level 16) it has started to show some good ones again, like everybody else says you can try early morning when sever refreshes the gens but if you still find the same problem looks like you have encountered the same problem I had!

I am unable to see any good players till now and I did not see one good player till day 24th ... hope I am able to get some good players in coming days
