Watch videos, get no tokens

Dear Nordeus. When you state that by watching a video we will earn a token of our choice, can you please ensure that that is exactly what happens.

It's incredibly annoying to sit through a three minute vid (for example, you're currently running some that are 15 minutes long) only to receive nothing at the end of it. Were this a rarity then fair enough, but it happens time after time after time - which tends to give the impression that you're ripping off your customers, as you will be paid for the view/click.

I'm sure this has been discussed on numerous occasions but until the issue is resolved, it should continue to be highlighted.

The problem is not form Nordeus, try to contact the offer providers Matomy, SuperAds or who offered you that video.

My 'contract' is with Nordeus, they are ultimately responsible for anything that is published via their site/domain.

If their content providers can't do the job they're pad to, that's not my problem nor is it my responsibility to chase them.

If you use firefox and have adblock installed and enabled, then this would happen.
You need to disable it before you watch videos.

Did you really expect things to be spoon fed to you? It's never that easy. I also believe that it is Nordeus who are getting paid, the content providers are getting money from people who click on their links.

If by that rather puerile remark do you mean "do I expect Nordeus to honour the contract we enter into when I click on a link", then the answer is yes. In the meantime, perhaps you should refrain from commenting on things you clearly know nothing about.

The sponsors don't care if you get your tokens or not, it's about money. I know because I've been conned out of my money before. It's the sponsors that credit you, not Nordeus. Nordeus won't get rid of the sponsors because they're getting money too.

Sponsorpay typically pays out 98-99% of the time.
Matomy, on a good day, pays out maybe 30% (and you usually have to watch 2-5 videos for that 1 in 3 shot at a token.)
Supersonicads don't seem to have a lot of video opportunities, and when they do, they pay out about 1/2 the time.

So I've blocked all except Sponsorpay. Saves wasted time and frustration.
(Note, I'm only referring to tokens for videos. The "do x for tokens" offers are another story (with even worse payouts in most cases, not to mention all the malware in the downloads.)

Nor have hit me with a nice little con they show the same vid 5 or 6 times and you only get the reward the fist time but you cant get any other vids till you've watch them completely..I sent them a ticket but just got a load of pish answer as usual.

i`m getting a video up now since yesterday O`2 video guru last 5 mins and no rest pack reward that`s 4 times now since yesterday and it just won`t go away Grrrrrrrr
