Making a player on the transfer list play???

I was just curious and I wanted to ask if someone has done this. Suppose I order to sell a person and he goes on transfer list and I make him play the match 4 me and he is bought while the match is going on, then will he disappear frm my playing 11 in the middle of the match??? And if this happens then will I be able to replace him??? Pls reply frm your logic or experience.

Probably the position gets replaced by someone from ur sub list?

This might explain why some people complain they won a player and didn't get him immediately.
