Height and weight???

Does height and weight of the player actually effect the players performance or is it just to add a bit of reality in the game in a place it is not required??? I never cared to check the difference, has anyone checked this out??? If yes, pls post your results, that which players are better- taller ones, shorter ones, heavier ones, lighter ones??? In my opinion, your GK should be tall, and even your striker. But does this really effect???

I really do not think that it matters, it is just to be more real.

I've actually read that foot matters.. it has been said that it affects the player's skills wether he plays on the same side than his good foot... But maybe that's just a rumor. Noone from Nordeus has confirmed it yet
