He basically sometimes doesnt receive the packs after watching a vid (is a common problem and can sometimes be resolved by rewatching it). There seems to be also a problem with the adds sponsored by virool. The stuff with youtube and login i kinda think is that when you watch such adds, it happens via your logged in youtube account. Thats true because i see all the adds i watch over the FB T11 app appear in my played list on youtube. Dunno whats the problem with that. The only reason this happens is either some cookie involvement or the usage of the same email accounts for Youtube and Facebook/t11.
