i dont know its very good offer i bay him 3days before for 2 tokens and 97M its very very good trainer i dont know i have 22h left to think meaby keep him
It looks a good offer, but you have to decide whether the player is more value to yourself. If he's a fringe player who isn't a first team regular, then it is good value to accept. If you are unsure and don't mind either way, why not see how desperate the bidder is, by setting a slightly higher price and see what the response is.
1st how many tokens did you spend to get
2nd is he a fast trainer
3nd he`s not that far of scout will you another 18yr old like that
4th are you covered
1st spend 1 /2 tokens and 2nd no and 3rd yes 4th yes then yes

no i dont even need this player but i saw in market and bay it and yes i set a price of 15 tokens and 180M if he really want this player i think he will acept my offer ... i dont bay tokens and i think its a good way to collect some :p
I don't have the negotiation tab when I play from android but I have fair bit of idea about it and I think that 9T is too less for a player like this if your transfer market is busy. It should be atleast 20T and about 250 Million. I don't buy tokens so I would have never sold such a young, near scout player for anything. You don't even get 18yo scouts and a fast trainer like him will be a scout soon. So next season he will be a 5 star 19yo while no scout you buy this season will be less than 25 yo next season with a slightly higher Q which this fast trainer will cover up fast. 2 seasons later, he will be better than any scout u have right now. But It is up to u.
