as Dman2pt said if winning don`t worry about it, Nordeus are only doing this to get you to use blue packs, i had midfielder score two goal yet still only got a 5 rating ??? what i do is is wait till their close enough to poor moral then add 2 blues rather than wasting 1 blue every day

yup! Dont waste one blue booster on anyone unless they are at the very good mark, which brings them up to superb.

1 blue booster only gives you 10% morale, while 2 blue boosters always brings the morale up to 99% automatically, so it is always wise to let morale go down and then revive it to full with 2 blue packs.
