Well, the answer is 4-3N-3 passing through the middle, long ball, attacking, pressing own half, normal tackling. Yes to counter, no to offside trap.

Why don't you go with the formation that people gave you? That's the reason you asked in the first place, right?
I would go with 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly. Always does the job for me.

To be honest, I don't even believe anymore there's a proper counter to this. Just try to have a better quality than your opponent, and play the same formation. Otherwise, you're pretty much screwed.
