negotiation or transfer madnes

I have a 2 star youth that is now 2 skill of 3* and plan on selling but i have two options with leaving 1 skill away from next star and they are

1 put on transfer list and see if i get a bidding war with lower teams level 9 &10 because he`ll be 5* to them

or

2 don`t put on list and see if someone bids via negotiation with tokens and cash

I will also say i don`t need tokens as i have over 1250 ( non token buyer ) and don`t need cash as will have around £700 million

this is just a question on what would you do

How the hell do u have 1250+ Tokens!!!!???????????????????????????????????????? ????????? I mean, being a non-token buyer. Even most of token buyers won't be having those many. I don't buy tokens and currently have only 14.

been saving over last few seasons most player`s needed was 2 each season but won`t need any this season as my squad are all under 22 and ave age is 19.6 so saving more, i also don`t get into bidding wars
