    Can you do a table like this using BB codes? It's hard to understand your setup.

    Manager level Stadium League ticket price Champions league ticket price Cup Ticket price
    1 1 ? ? ?
    1 2 ? ? ?
    1 3 ? ? ?
    2 1 ? ? ?
    2 2 ? ? ?

    More rows may be needed because the ticket price is based on manager level AND stadium level. So more permutations will be required.
