Why 2.15b limit? nonsense

It stored as a 32 bit signed integer any more than 2,147,483,647 and your money would go negative, thats why there is a maximum.

It's very technical stuff but it's pretty important to have a maximum cash in this game for that very reason. Consider yourself privileged not to have negative money after selling a player.
