Can I send a premium item?

Can I send a premium item to another user if I don't buy any tokens?:confused:

For normal premium items, you can send it straight away. But if you want to send official items you must buy tokens equal to its price.

I has been complete send logo offical to my friend. I don't buy token, I earn token from offer in win tokens.
