how to beat5-4-1 formation

How to beat win 5-4-1 formation with quality 42 and my quality 45?? Pls help me..

Play 4-3N-1-2 attacking through the middle, mixed ball, press own half, no counter or offside, hard tackling and zonal marking. Blue arrows on DCs. Red arrow on AMC. If u want red arrows on DL/DR aswell.
I think even 4-4-2 shall work.

It's not "countering" if the quality difference was that high, it just means your players were better. I highly doubt that your formation would even scratch an evenly matched team with AML/AMR when playing without any wing defence whatsoever.

I think its retarded the way you need top change formations in order to beat other formations. I keep the same formation each game regardless and win 95% of the time.

You don't *need* to change formations each time. If your team is better, then the odds are you'll likely be able to win. If you are of equal or worse quality though, it's common sense to adjust your formation slightly in order to take advantage of the other team's weaknesses. Though if you will be playing with a considerably worse team in order to do so, it may be smart to just stick to your ideal setup where your players play in the formation with tactics that suit them.

Don't agree here. Why to triple mark the single ST??? And why no DL/DML and DR/DMR is put up against his wingers. This would fail if ur opponent was anywhere close to ur Q. Also I would say that use my rule and leave the opponents DL and DR jobless by putting no wingers up front and put the pressure of all ur attack on the DCs.

When you put it like that i suppose it makes perfect sense.

I beat 3-0 against 5 4 1 using 4 5 1 flat hard Attacking own half mixed passing. So if you want you can use this system because he is focussing to Difend so you go with full Attacking good luck. FC Mogadishu level 6
