No game I have ever played has been flaw free, yes this game has issues too. I still think it's a lot of fun, since I didn't expect perfection ever anyway, and no matter others' opinion mine is that I believe they are doing what they can to improve it.

I don't think anyone is expecting a flaw free game. I think most peoples complaint is that Nordeus are terrible at making improvements.

Can you tell me what makes you think they are doing what they can? Because I see nothing, lets compare the people who run FM14 and Nordeus.

The FM14 beta game had 600 flaws in it, they fixed them within a week, Nordeus take over 2 years to fix the friendly request system. Miles Jacobson from FM14 is constantly on twitter answering questions from people about the game, Nordeus constantly ignore people.

I also don't think that forum rants will change anything either. I am not saying that you can't rant, you're free to do that as a customer. But I'm saying that for 2 years people have ranted about friendlies and injuries yet that hasn't been fully fixed yet. So I can't really see it being any different with people constantly bringing up new or recycled topics about how the game isn't working.
